Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre located in Leicester, UK.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs. Here are our shipping options and their respective charges:

UK Shipping Charges:

Standard (2-3 days): £3.99
Express (Next Working Day): £5.50

Free STANDARD delivery on all UK orders over £40
Free EXPRESS delivery on all UK orders over £60

International Shipping:

All non-UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked International.

The cost of shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout based on total order weight.

Estimated delivery durations:

EU (2 to 11 business days)
Rest of the World (3 to 17 business days)

Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.

Delivery Duration 

The estimated delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch, not from when the order was placed.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an order despatch email. This email will contain your tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delayed Deliveries 

Orders may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances with the chosen courier. We kindly ask you to wait an additional 2 working days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us about a delayed order.
